Our design team have over 30 years experience when it comes to taking customer ideas and quickly producing rapid concepts to assist in reaching their goals.

Tooltech design all tooling for the investment casting process from simple CMM fixture to the advanced wax injection tools. Using the latest package of Siemens NX, Tooltech have the ability to design the most complex tooling to meet the customers criteria. Working closely with the customer, the design will always meet the customer’s needs with manufacture not being started until the customer is 100% satisfied with the design.

With 3 designers, Tooltech are able to offer a quick turnaround on their modelling work and hit that all important deadline.

From concept to final design sketch we use our tried and tested step by step process to get you the results that you want.
  • On more advanced tooling an initial design meeting will be held with you to ensure we can provide a model that suits your needs.
  • Once the model and design has been approved Tooltech will begin manufacturing the tooling, keeping the you updated weekly.
  • On completion, all tooling is inspected and you are notified and invited on site to see the completed tooling.
